Rudolf W van Daelen
Born September 1958 in Amsterdam (The Netherlands) and lived there ever since.
I started taking pictures during the first half of the seventies. Not satisfied with the control
over the whole process I stopped during the late eighties.
Due to a disorder of the peripheral nervous system I had to slow down and re-discovered
photography in 2003. Now I pack a Canon EOS 30D and a Fujifilm Finepix S5 Pro in my kitbag.
Black and white is in my opinion the purest form of photography. It captures the essence of
shape and light better then for instance colour does.
